The TV channel for Sunday's resumption of Saturday's NASCAR Cup race is Fox Sports 1 (FS1). The network will air the conclusion of the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 from Martinsville Speedway. The Martinsville race is the eighth race of the NASCAR Cup Series 2021 season, and it is the first race to be shown on FS1 this year.

NASCAR began the race Saturday under rainy conditions before postponing the event to Sunday afternoon. The green flag race for the resumption is scheduled to drop at 4 p.m. ET, after the Xfinity Series completes its rain-delayed race.

FS1 will air the completion of Saturday's race, the eighth of the NASCAR Cup Series 2021 season. Fox and FS1 are scheduled to air NASCAR Cup Series races during the first four months of the Cup Series schedule, through the June 13 All-Star Race at Texas. NBC and NBC Sports Network are scheduled to air the remaining races in 2021, including the playoffs.

As with all the Cup Series races on Fox and FS1 this season, Mike Joy will call the race with the assistance of analysts Jeff Gordon, Clint Bowyer and Larry McReynolds.

Weather should not be an issue. The National Weather Service forecast for Martinsville, Va., is for mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the 70s. There is a "slight chance of showers before 2 p.m." and a 20 percent chance of precipitation, the Weather Service predicts.
