Hey,"So You Think You Can Dance" fans. Tonight, August nineteen, 2019,the start LIVE elimination show did indeed air, and 2 unlucky dancers got sent home at the cease of it. The judges: Laurieann Gibson, Dominic "D-Trix" Sandoval, Mary Murphy and Nigel Lythgoe were all on paw to give their critiques.
Tonight's episode kicked off with the summit ten dancers doing another group routine to Harry Styles' "Sign Of The Times" song. Their choreography was done by Travis Wall.
Afterward that,Stephanie Sosa and Gino Cosculluela hit the stage to practise a JIVE routine past choreographers Emma Slater and Sasha Farber from "Dancing With The Stars."
Afterwards, Mary told them, "You were hit with greatness." Dominic told Gino, "You're a star. Stephanie was equally astonishing."Lauriann said, "I smell greatness." Nigel said,"Stephanie was fantastic merely, all the credit goes to Gino for tonight." Adjacent, they revealed that Gino is safe this week, and Stephanie is in danger.
Next, Sophie Pittman and Eddie Hoyt hit the phase to do a contemporary routine by choreographer Travis Wall. Subsequently, Dominic told them, "The emotion was at that place equally well as the chemistry." Lauriann told Sophie, "You're an incredible storyteller." Lauriann told Eddie, "You brought information technology this week with your commitment."
Nigel said, "Sophie was bright, and Eddie was there for Sophie throughout the performance." Mary said, "Sophie is liquid gold. Eddie good on y'all for picking yourself upwards." Then they revealed that Eddie is in danger this week, and Sophie is safety.
Anna Linstruth and Benjamin Castro arrived adjacent to pull off a Hip-Hop routine by choreographer Randi And Hef. Later their performance,Lauriann told them, "It was amazing. Benjamin'southward gift is to dance. Anna, I missed you this week. I desire you to step upward and deliver more."
Nigel said, "Y'all both sparkled. I dear you equally a couple." Mary said, "Benjamin knocked it out of the park." Dominic said, "Information technology was a phenomenal performance from both of you lot ,and I thank you for the commitment." It was revealed that Benjamin is safe this week, and Anna is in danger.
Adjacent up was Madison Jordan & Ezra Sosa. They did a Jazz routine by choreographer Ray Leeper. They performed to the song, "Y'all Can Leave Your Chapeau On." Later on they finished up, Nigel told them, "The chemical science was there ,and Bob Fosse would have loved Madison. The chemistry actually stood out."
Mary said,"The song is known as 1 of the sexiest in history ,and you both lived up to it." Dominic said, "I loved the moment when Madison was seducing Ezra as he was sitting in the chair." Lauriann loved the routine besides. They revealed that Ezra is in danger this calendar week, and Madison is safe.
Mariah Russell & Bailey Munoz hopped on stage next to practice a hip-hop routine past choreographer Luther Brownish. Afterwards, Mary told them, "That was everything. I loved how down in the pocket you were. It's my favorite number of the dark. Y'all're the couple to shell."
Dominic said, " I was shocked by Mariah, and I felt Bailey brought the Soy Sauce." Lauriann said, "The hip hop community will be proud of that." Nigel said, "Bailey was strong, and Mariah was incredible. You actually are the couple to beat." It was revealed that they are both safe this week.
After all of that, Ezra,Anna,Eddie and Stephanie were the bottom 4 vote getters. The judges deliberated. They as well took into account this evening'due south performances, and decided to save Ezra and Anna.
